How long will the order take?

We have a target despatch date of 10 working days from receipt of order for made to order footwear and 15 working days for modular or bespoke footwear

What if I need the shoes urgently?

There is a Priority Service facility for orders that are required to be despatched more promptly or by a specific date. These can only be accepted when ‘priority service’ is stated on the customer order. Orders are despatched on a next day courier service, the cost of which is included in the ‘priority service fee’ See current price list for details

What sizes are available?

Can I change the specification?

If the standard item is not exactly as required, we can make a number of specification changes click here for details

What Is returnable?

As all footwear is made to measure, we can’t provide refunds on our products.

How do I order?

What Information do you need on the order?

You can use our order form or as a minimum we need:

  • Ordering Authority
  • Delivery/Invoice address
  • Style
  • Colour/material
  • Size
  • Width
  • Adaptions or special fastening e.g Velcro
